The Campers tab displays a list of all campers and their photo activity for the season. This helps admins monitor which campers have photos uploaded and when their most recent photo was added.
By default, the page displays Active Campers, which includes:
Campers who have Facial Recognition enabled (through Bundle), and
Campers with a valid profile picture.
The filters automatically show:
Active campers
All Sessions
All Cabins
Admins can adjust these filters at any time to view different groups.
Filters
Use the filter bar to customize your view:
Showing: Choose between Active campers, Inactive campers, Flagged campers, or All campers.
Sessions: Filter by a specific session or view all.
Cabins: Filter by a specific cabin or view all.
Search: Quickly find a camper by name and click GO.
Camper List
Each row displays key photo activity details:
Column | Description |

| Camper | Camper’s name and profile photo. |
| # Photos This Year | The number of photos the system has identified through Facial Recognition this year. These are photos the user has confirmed (“Yes”) for that camper. |
| # Photos Per Camper | The total number of photos this camper has appeared in across all years. |
| Cabins | The cabin the camper is assigned to. |
| Last Photo On | Date and time the most recent photo of the camper was uploaded. |
| # Today’s Photos Count | Number of new photos of this camper uploaded today. |
| Sessions | The camp session(s) the camper is enrolled in. |
Other Page Features
View My Favorites (top right): Opens your saved list of favorite camper photos.
Last Updated (top right): Shows the last time the data refreshed.
“How is this list generated?” (info icon): Provides details on how campers appear in this list
Purpose
Admins can use this page to:
Monitor photo coverage and ensure all campers are being photographed evenly.
Confirm which cabins or sessions have recent uploads.
Quickly identify if any campers have not appeared in recent photos.
