The Gallery now supports photo tags to make finding and organizing images easier. Admins can use auto-generated tags or create their own custom tags to better manage photos across albums.
What Is Photo Tagging?
Photo tagging allows you to label photos with keywords, making them easier to:
Search by names, activities, or locations
Organize similar photos across different albums
Filter photos quickly without scrolling
Types of Tags
There are two types of tags available:
1. Auto-Generated Tags
The system automatically detects objects, people, and environments within photos and assigns suggested tags.
Examples:
Hat,Team,Child,Park,T-Shirt,Portrait, etc.You can remove any auto-generated tags that don’t fit by clicking the X next to the tag.
2. Custom Tags
You can create your own tags to better match your camp, event, or organization needs.
Examples:
Session 1,Cabin A,Waterfront,Marketing.
How to Add or Remove Tags
From your dashboard, click Gallery.
Choose the album containing the photo(s) you want to tag.
Click the Tag icon on the Photo
to open the Photo Tags window.
Add or Remove Tags
To Remove Auto Tags: Click the X on any existing tag.
To Add Custom Tags:
Type the tag name in the Custom Tags field.
Click the + icon to add it.
Click Save when done.
How to Search for Tagged Photos
Go to the Gallery.
Use the Search Bar at the top of the page. (Available on the Main Gallery screen and within each Album)
Type the tag name you want to find.
Click Go — all matching photos will appear instantly.
