At the beginning of each year, all gallery albums from the previous year are automatically archived. This keeps your gallery organized while still giving you access to past photos when you need them.
How to View Archived Albums
Navigate to the Gallery section in your admin portal.
Click View Archives (top right).
A folder will appear for each archived year.
Open a year folder to see all albums from that year.
Searching Archived Photos
We’ve added a search function to the View Archives page, making it easier to find what you need.
Enter a tag or custom file name in the search bar.
Matching photos from archived albums will appear in your results.
💡 Tip: Use descriptive tags and file names when uploading photos to make searching archives faster and more accurate.
