Bunk Replies:
Each Bunk Reply has a unique barcode that connects to the specific parent's account. Camps can send back Bunk Replies by either scanning or faxing. You can send any number of Bunk Replies at a time, but keep in mind that larger quantities can cause machines to become jammed, etc. See instructions for both methods (also found at the bottom of each Bunk Reply) below:
1. Scan to bunkreply@bunk1.com
- We recommend scanning in TIF black and white at a minimum of 300 DPI. (Higher will take more file size, but could be better)
- If TIF files are not coming through, switch to PDF and scan on greyscale.
2. Fax to 855-791-4515
- If using a fax machine, adjust firmware settings to turn off ECM.
Once you send in Bunk Replies, you can confirm that they have successfully gone through by logging into your administrator account on Bunk1.com, then clicking on the Bunk Replies tab. Bunk Replies will show here once they have been successfully delivered to the parent, which should happen almost immediately after sending via scan or fax.
