If a camper comes to camp with pre-printed stationary that is faded, crinkled, or damaged, reprint the stationary for the camper. You can find their stationary by:
Navigating to the family’s account (Search Parent Name > View Family)
Click the Parent’s name > See what they see
Bunk Replies tab > Buy/Print Stationary > Select Stationary to Print
