Adding your cabin list to Bunk1 helps parents easily select the right cabin when sending a bunk note to their child. By keeping this list up to date, you make it easier for parents to connect with their child and help the system stay organized.
Add a New Cabin
Navigate to Set Up > Camp.
Click “New Cabin.”
Enter the Cabin Name and Gender.
Choose “All” if the cabin is not gender-specific.
These are the only two required fields.
Click Save Cabin to create the cabin.
Delete or Hide a Cabin
To delete a cabin, click the blue “X” in the Actions column.
If the cabin is already being used, you cannot delete it. Instead, you can hide it:
Click on the Cabin Name.
Check the Inactive box.
Click Update Cabin.
Tip: To view hidden cabins, click “Show Inactive Cabins.”
