The search bar is a quick way to locate specific users without scrolling through long lists. It works with a user’s name, phone number, or email address.

2. Enter the individual's name, phone number, or email address
3. Click "View Family" to see the user's family details
💡 Tip — Searching by Email
When searching by email, type until you reach the @ symbol (for example: support@). Results will begin to appear once you include the @, helping you find accounts faster and more accurately.
