At the start of each new year, our team updates your parent information letters with the latest invitation codes. You can access your letter by logging in to Bunk1.com, navigating to Setup > Camp, and scrolling to the bottom of the page. These letters include your new invitation code and explain:

Why your camp uses Bunk1

Which features are available
-
How parents can access and use them
You can share the parent letter by:

Copying the link to your website

Emailing it directly to families

Including it in welcome packets
This helps parents stay connected with their camper while at camp!
Important Notes

Invitation Codes → These are only for new families who have never used Bunk1 for your camp before.

Returning Families → They should log in using the same email and password from previous years.
For CIRCUITREE Users
If your organization uses CIRCUITREE, you will not receive an invitation code. Instead:

A custom parent letter will be created and sent by our support team.

New families will sign in using their registration account credentials.

Returning families will sign in using their existing email and password.
