The Parent Letter is an essential communication tool for your families. It provides clear instructions for new parents on how to sign up for Bunk1, login directions for returning parents, and an overview of which Bunk1 features your camp will be using for the season. This ensures families have the information they need to access your camp’s online communication tools easily and on time. To download your Parent Letter:
- Log into your Bunk1 Admin Account on the Web

Click Set Up > Camp

Scroll down to the Parent Letter section

Share the link — You can click on the Parent Letter link to open it in your browser, then copy the URL to share in an email, newsletter, or add to your camp website. OR Click Download as PDF
💡 Tip — Bunk Notes & Parent Letter PDF Time
If your camp utilizes Bunk Notes, the Bunk Note PDF time will automatically pull into the Parent Letter.
To change that time:

Go to the Bunk Notes tab in your Admin Account.

Click Manage Bunk Notes.

Update the PDF time. Click Update Settings.
Once you change the PDF time, it will auto-update in your Parent Letter, and you can re-download it.
