1. Click Newsletters on the top menu bar.
2. Click Create Newsletter.
3. Verify your camp's name is appearing in the Camp box.
4. Give your Newsletter a title.
5. Click Browse to add a thumbnail image for your Newsletter.
- Once a thumbnail is uploaded, future Newsletters will default to using the same thumbnail. We suggest you change the thumbnail for each Newsletter in order for parents to easily differentiate Newsletter postings.
6. Click Browse to attach a PDF to your Newsletter if desired.
- Although you can attach a PDF to your Newsletter, we recommend that if you want to share PDF documents that you take advantage of the Updates feed for this as the display will be much more pleasing.
7. Identify a category to organize your Newsletter. Click Add Category to create a new one.
8. Identify who the author of this Newsletter is. Click Add Author to add multiple authors.
9. Select which sessions will be notified and able to view this Newsletter.
10. Mark the Newsletter as Active in order for parents to view it.
- To remove this Newsletter from public view, simply uncheck this box.
11. Compose your Newsletter in the text box.
12. Either click Save Draft to save for later or Publish Newsletter to publish now.
