Sending a Bunk Note to a camper requires credits. You can confirm how many credits you have by clicking Account in the top right corner. Your credits will appear at the bottom of this drop-down menu. Each bunk note costs 1 credit, however attaching Fun Note features such as borders, photos, sudoku puzzles, or baseball box scores cost additional credits.
Note: If you purchased a bundle with unlimited credits, you will not need to worry about purchasing more!
To send a Bunk Note:
1. Click on Bunk Notes along the top menu bar.
2. Choose which family member the Bunk Note is from as well as which camper it is to. Please select your camper's cabin if you know it.
3. Select which Fun Note features you would like to add (keeping in mind the number of credits for each item is listed next to that feature).
4. Attach Bunk Reply Stationary if you would like your camper to have something to use when they respond back to you!
5. To write your Bunk Note, add a subject and your message, then click Send.
**Each camp has a daily delivery time. Contact us if you would like to know what time your Bunk Note will be delivered!
MOBILE
1. Click the mail icon in the bottom right corner.
2. Select your camper and your camper's cabin.
4. Add a subject and compose your message.
5. Add any Fun Note features (for additional credits).
6. Attach Bunk Reply Stationary (for additional credits).
7. Preview your note by clicking Note Preview, then tap Send Bunk Note to send.
